How do I submit my Self-Assessment tax return

It couldn't be simpiler.

You can see any TAX and NIC you'll be due to pay, under the "Reporting" tab.

You'll know you've done this already, but it won't do any harm to check:-

  1. You have entered all your income and expenses.
  2. Scroll through all the fields under "Tax Return" page again.

At the end, enter your HMRC:-

  • Government Gateway User ID

  • Government Gateway Password

Hit the "SUBMIT to HMRC" button

DONE.
