If you sold your vehicle during the year and purchased a new one then you only need to enter the new vehicle details into the app. I.e. the amount you paid for it and the emmission rating (found on the vehicles V5).

Do not enter the proceeds you received from the sale of a vehicle, they are not required for your tax return.
