Too Many Redirects

If you are getting a "too many redirects" message when trying to login to your account, follow these steps.

Clear the cookies from your device.

Delete the thumbnail you may have already set up on your home page.

Enter www.thetaxapp.net into your browser address bar.

Save this address as a thumbnail to your home screen.

Login as usual.

(this issue arises when you are using either www.thedriverstaxapp.com OR www.theselfemployedtaxapp.co.uk URLs to login to your account. Both addresses are now landing pages, once you have registered/subscribed to the App they will redirect you automatically to the main App for a period of time).
